Do You Offer Packing Services?
Yes, we do! We charge a fixed price of £4 per box. This includes the cost of the materials. All of the packing materials are recycled.
Is There A Limited Length Of Time I Can Store My Items With You?
Can I Have Access To My Items If Required?
Yes of course! We may not claim to be a self store, however we are aware that you may require access to your items during the storage term with us. All we ask is that you give us 48 hours notice to see if we can access your containers and ensure they are on the floor for you to access on the day.
Are My Items Insured With Your Storage?
Yes they are. Unlike most, we don’t wait till we have lured you in to then hit you with a hefty bill. Not only does our storage price include VAT, it also includes insurance up to £2,500. We do offer the option to increase this amount, if this is what you require please mention this at the time of booking.
Where Are You Based?
We are based in Hampshire, in Bordon. We are just off the A3, 25 minutes down the road from Guildford.
Will You Collect From London Postcodes?
Of course, many of our customers come from the London area. We offer the quality you would expect just without the lofty prices that come with it.
